Our course is open for enrolment at any time! Once you have paid and enroll you can start the course right away.

Upon enrollment, you will receive all the learning materials and assessments of each unit/cluster. The learning resources have been designed to cover the elements required by the training package and prepare you to complete the assessments competently.

From the first time you log in to the training platform, you have 12 months to complete all assessments. The time required to complete all coursework will vary considerably from student to student. How quickly you finish the course depends on your learning style, experience, and prior learning. 12 months is the maximum time the course should take to complete.

On average, most students finish the course within six months or less.

We offer course credits for units of competency that you have previously completed that are in the course so you do not need to repeat the unit of competency. You must provide an official qualification with these units to gain credit and the unit code must match exactly, e.g., if you have previously completed CPPREP4001 you will get credit for CPPREP4001. We do not offer RPL for working experience though.

Credit transfer is an administrative process, where a training provider recognises and accepts Australian
Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered
training organisation (RTO).
It allows a client (student) to obtain credit for already, successfully, completed formal training which is
equivalent to a component in a current program the student is enrolled in. The student may have been formally
trained by the RTO they are currently enrolled with or by another RTO where the component is recognised as
equivalent by the current RTO.
To be granted credit transfer the student must provide evidence of successful completion of the component,
generally in the form of a training certificate or transcript. Where credit transfer is granted, no training needs
to take place in that component of the program. For the student, it may reduce the time it takes to complete
their program of study.

Accordion CoRPL is the acknowledgement of a person’s skills and knowledge acquired through previous relevant training, work or life experience, which may be used to grant status or credit in a subject or a whole program (qualification).

A student may apply for RPL after enrolling with the training provider. The student must supply evidence to substantiate the claim for credit. This may be a folio of all relevant documentation and must be
assessed by the RTO for RPL to be granted. Unlike credit transfer the student has not previously been assessed
as being competent and must go through an assessment process to be awarded RPL.

Yes. Complete Qualifications (CQ) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 40793) delivering nationally accredited courses.

Each state has their own training requirements so you cannot automatically work interstate. You may be able to apply for mutual recognition but you will need to contact the state government to determine if you are eligible.

Yes, but our college will upload the AVETMISS report to the government at the end of each year. So the USI record will be updated on Feb for next year.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. Students must:

1. be minimum of 18 years old to be able to work and practice in a real estate environment
2. complete a screening interview with the Academic Manager to assess suitability and capability in completing this qualification
3. if it is determined that the student need to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test, the student will be required to complete an LLN test to determine whether the student might be suitable for this qualification or any supporting services might be required during the student’s enrolment at CQ.

While you are completing the course, your work will be graded by the assessors depending on which unit of competency they are currently grading e.g. – if you submit a unit on a Monday night and the assessors are grading that unit of competency on the Tuesday then your will be graded. However, if you submit your assessment on a Monday night and the assessors graded that unit previously that day, your assessment will be graded the next time they are grading that particular unit.  Please note that whilst you are completing your course there is no specific time or order your work will be graded. Simply complete your assessments and submit them as you go and check your grading sheet to see any updates from the assessors.

Once you have completed the entire course and activated your grading (as per the instructions in your course), all of your assessments will be graded within 7 -10 business days.

If you submit an assessment that is deemed ‘Not Satisfactory’ you will be able to resubmit your assessment, at no extra cost.

We are here to help you throughout the course. If you are struggling with a question or the course content, an assessor will be able to point you in the right direction. The course is competency based so you will need to complete the coursework independently as much as possible. There is no in-class training involved so students will need to study the learning materials and answer the assessment questions based on their comprehension.

Unfortunately we are NOT CRICOS registered and cannot accept enrolments from people on International Student Visas.
