  • FNSFMK515 – Comply with financial services regulation and industry codes of practice
  • FNSFMB411 – Prepare loan applications on behalf of clients

The four elective units have been selected by Complete Qualifications based on relevance and local industry needs. They are as follows:

  • FNSSAM403 – Prospect for new clients
  • BSBOPS304 – Deliver and monitor a service to customers
  • BSBPEF402 – Develop personal work priorities.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
1. Complete Qualifications requires students to successfully complete the five core units of the Assistant Agent Certificate before commencing the remainder of the Certificate IV course.
2. To ensure suitability for the course each applicant must complete a screening interview with the Academic Manager or his representative.
3. To determine if supporting services may be required during the period of enrolment at CQ applicants will need to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test
