Class 1 Agents Course - NSW CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

CPD Assistant Agent Real Estate
As of 22nd March 2023, you must complete at least 3 units of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) as a minimum each year as CPD and become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
CPD Class 2 Real Estate
A Class 2 licence holder must obtain 6 hours of CPD annuallly in a Licence renewal year – 3 compulsory hours and 3 elective hours. CQ has packaged a course to fulfill your requirements
CPD Class 1 Real Estate
A Class 1 licence holder must obtain 9 hours of CPD annually in a Licence renewal year – 3 compulsory hours, 3 elective hours and 3 business based hours. CQ has packaged a course to fulfill your requirements
