Apply to start working as an Assistant Agent in Real Estate.
To work in real estate in NSW you will need to obtain a Certificate of Registration. The Assistant Agent course is the minimum educational requirement for the issue of a certificate of registration by NSW Fair Trading. Once you have obtained your certificate of registration you will be able to work in sales or property management under the supervision of a licensee in charge.
What happens when I enrol?
This course is available for enrolment at any time! After completion of enrolment process and payment you will have access to the learning resources and assessments for the units of competency.
The learning resources are designed to assist you in the completion of the assessments, however you may be required to do additional research and reading.
How long will the course take to complete?
Once you have logged on to the training platform you will have a maximum of 12 months to complete all assessments. The amount of time to complete the course work will vary from student to student. It will depend on your experience and learning style and the amount of time you have available to work through the units of competency.
On average, most students finish the course within 1 – 2 months.
