In order to receive a certificate the following requirements must be met:

• The course is 100% completed
• The course is fully paid
• You have filled out your Personal Details, USI details, and VET-related details (relating to citizenship, education, employment and culture). These details can be inputted into your portal directly in the ‘My Profile Settings’ which can be accessed when clicking the profile button in the top right-hand corner.

Find out the time frame for marking your work.

From the date of lodgement the assessor will mark your work between 7 to 10 business days . Should you need this process expedited we offer an additional service – Priority Marking. This allows your work to be marked within 1 business day (all units must be attempted 100%).

Once your assessor has marked your course as competent you will receive your certificate within 2 business days.

Please note your certificate will not be issued until you have entered all relevant details.
