Course Overview
All Property Agents must undergo Continuing Professional Development each CPD year. The current CPD Year commenced on 23 March 2023 and ends on 22 March 2024. The type of CPD obligations depends on whether or not you hold a License or a Certificate of Registration.

License Class 1 and License Class 2
License holders, regardless of whether you are Class 1 or 2, must complete annual CPD depending on your Agency Role, based on the Prescribed topics issued by the Office of Fair Trading.
If you complete your CPD via face-to-face or online live workshop, you can complete 4 hours of CPD training that covers all the compulsory topics. If you prefer to complete your CPD exclusively online at your own pace, you will need to complete 10 hours of self-paced learning.
