ACCOMMODATING CPD WITH FLEXIBLE OPTIONS

Commencing from the 23rd March 2020, all licensed agents and assistant agents are required to conform to the new regulations regarding CPD. Agents are required to complete compulsory CPD between March 23rd and March 22nd of each year. The individual CPD requirements for each licence level have been strengthened, which includes increased hours of training and dividing CPD into compulsory and elective topics.

Annual CPD training for assistant agents will require them to complete a minimum of 3 units from the prescribed Certificate IV (CPP41419 Real Estate Practice). Assistant agents have four years to obtain a class 2 licence from the date of issue.

Utilising a range of methods of delivery, we offer diversity and flexibility for you to complete your required Continual Professional Development (CPD). Students have the option of completion via our online platform, Interactive Zoom Webinar, or group training for individual offices for groups of 6 or more.

Certificate of Registration holders as an Assistant Agent Real Estate Agent must complete at least 3 units each CPD year from a valid Certificate IV qualification that is required for the issue of a Class 2 Agent Licence in Real Estate (with or without restrictions) within each CPD year (March 23rd – March 22nd).

If you have received your Assistant Agent Certificate prior to 22 June of the current year, you will need to complete 3 additional units.

If you received your Assistant Agent between 23 June and 22 December of the current year, you will need to complete 1 additional unit.
