Course Overview
Are you looking to start a career in the NSW Property Industry? It is important to know that anyone looking to be employed in the property industry will be required to complete an Assistant Agents Course.
This course will prepare you with an understanding of the Property Industry, its sectors, and Regulatory and Ethical framework, as well as important skills to prepare you for the role of a Salesperson or Property Manager working under the supervision of a Licensee.
Once you have completed this course comprising of 5 Units. You will be issued with a Statement of Attainment, which is required when you apply to the Office of Fair Trading, for a Certificate of Registration.
Your Certificate of Registration will be valid for four years, during which you will be required to complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and transition to a Class 2 License.
Pathway to CoR
Be at least 16 years old when applying for the certificate of Registration.
