DIPLOMA OF PROPERTY (AGENCY MANAGEMENT)
This qualification reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards, and consumer preferences in the operation and management of a real estate / property agency business.
This qualification will allow you to seek employment as an Estate Agent or work as a Principal Agent in roles such as:
- Agency Principal
- Agency Manager
- Agency Director
You will also learn and acquire the competencies applicable to client, financial, and human resource management of a small business enterprise.
